Without A Heart, It's Just A Machine...
In 2014, Southwest Airlines was mid-flight into a full-scale rebranding exercise—touching everything from paper napkins to the exterior of the planes themselves. With multiple agency partners collaborating daily across the country, our team was the first to tackle the highest priority touch-points to the business—the website, mobile app and booking widget.

Working iteratively with frequent rapid tests, our team was able to craft a highly usable, low-friction experience that brought to life the new Southwest brand look and feel.
